Refund Policy

At SSLfor, we adhere to the refund policies of our provider, GlobalSign GMO, which operates under strict practices and standards in the issuance of trusted digital certificates. If a subscriber is not fully satisfied with an issued certificate, they may request a refund within 7 days of issuance, provided that the certificate is revoked as a mandatory condition. Once the refund request is approved either via the Global Agent System (GAS) or by contacting SSLfor’s customer service team directly SSLfor will process a full refund of the paid amount within a maximum of 15 business days.
Refund methods based on payment type:
• If payment was made via credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
• If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the
corresponding bank account.
• If the purchase was made using reseller account credit, the funds will be returned
to the same reseller account.
Important:
The subscriber is responsible for any transaction fees associated with the refund process. Therefore, SSLfor will refund the net amount after deducting applicable charges:
• For credit card payments, SSLfor will deduct any applicable card refund processing fees (if any).
• For bank transfers, bank transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to request a refund:
A refund request can be submitted by:
• Logging into the GAS account used to purchase the certificate, or
• Contacting SSLfor Customer Support via sslfor.com or by email.
